When working with a rock or crystal your body attunes to the vibration of the rock in much the same manner as a tuning fork so that you actually increase your own vibration to a much higher level to match that of the crystal. So in working with a crystal or rock whatever specific healing properties a specific rock has, these properties are matched as your bodily vibration adjusts, attunes and matches that of the rock. The spiritual plane is the plane you reside in when you have no body.   You are in the spiritual plane when you sleep.   The spiritual plane is exactly the same as the earthly plane or the plane with the human body. Walking on the beach this morning,my favorite kind of meditation, I finally figured out the chakras and how they work :) The chakras are the input energy points for the intersection of spirit or soul into the body. It is important that they be open and clear of obstruction for it is spirit that runs the body.
