Two and Only Two, Basic Emotions

There are only two basic emotions and every other conceivable emotion is a subset of these two.

First emotion is Love
Second emotion is Fear

So whatever emotion you are feeling ask yourself is it based in love or fear.

"Rage"

Rage is a subset of Fear.

"And a New World Arises"

Hope is a subset of Love.

PS. Gratitude is pure love, or love magnified to the nth degree.
