A rock or crystal is of very high vibration. When working with a rock or crystal your body attunes to the vibration of the rock in much the same manner as a tuning fork so that you actually increase your own vibration to a much higher level to match that of the crystal. So in working with a crystal or rock whatever specific healing properties a specific rock has, these properties are matched as your bodily vibration adjusts, attunes and matches that of the rock. The spiritual plane is the plane you reside in when you have no body.   You are in the spiritual plane when you sleep.   The spiritual plane is exactly the same as the earthly plane or the plane with the human body. You move around, you communicate with other beings, but it’s a much higher vibration so it is where all knowledge is The human body is too heavy for the spiritual plane so it must be dropped to enter it.
